Nessa imagem busco a metalinguagem tanto usada pelos surrealistas. Através de técnicas de belas artes, ao invés de reproduzir o corpo humano com um desenho a carvão fiz o desenho por cima do próprio corpo e usei a fotografia como forma de registro visual.
A impressão causada é a estranheza de não saber se é uma foto ou um desenho. O titulo, como os utilizados por René Magritte, procura criar essa ambigüidade também. Quero transformar o corpo na própria arte e criar uma representação dele através dele mesmo.
O que eu mais queria nesse projeto era fazer tudo através de trabalho manual e na fotografia, sem grandes efeitos de computador.
Tudo foi feito sem o artifício de efeitos de pós-produção, foram usados somente retoques de cor, contraste e nitidez que toda foto digital precisa.
O trabalho começou na procura da modelo que traria a experiência das belas-artes para a foto. Laís Martins, que posa para desenhos como modelo vivo conseguiu dar essa vida a imagem.

In these images, I looked for the metalanguage so much used by the surrealists. Through fine art techniques, instead of reproducing the human body with a charcoal drawing I made the drawing over a body and used the photograph as a visual record of it.
The impression caused is the strangeness of not knowing whether if it is a photo or a drawing. The title, like those used by René Magritte, seeks to create this ambiguity as well. I wanted to transform the body into the art itself and create a representation of it through itself.
What I wanted the most in this project was to do everything through manual work and photography, without large computer effects.
Everything was done without the effects of post-production, only color touches, contrast and sharpness were used, things that every digital photo needs.
The work began on looking for the model that would bring the fine-art experience to the photo. Laís Martins, who poses for drawings as a living model managed to give this life to the image.
